Doug,s Originals at hobbistenterprise.com has 1/35 scale animals.
I dont think there are any mules,but he does have a live,and dead cow,dogs,goats,and running horses.[if that helps anyone]

There is also a German kitchen crew set,with two heavy horses,pulling it. if they are any good for what you need?
