What are you looking for?
Seated figures?

If seated figures are what you want, there are some old Warriors, Jaguar and Verlinden sets that could work. I think there's a Nemrod set for the 2 1/2 ton GMC that could work in the front seats.

The old stocky Tamiya figures could work with new heads and if it is hard to see them in the vehicle (soft detail, and out of scale).

I agree, it would be nice to see a DML or Tamiya or Tristar set of figures for the US halftracks (U.S., British/Commonwealth or Soviet)!
