Actually, it is not much different. I work on some 1/9, 1/6 and 1/4 scale figures and pin the parts together with 1/16 or 3/32 brass wire. For the bases, I usually epoxy a brass tube into holes beneath each foot, then glue brass rods into the feet. Then, the figure will slip firmly onto the base and won't wobble around. Plus, you have the option
of gluing him or leaving him removable. |
