You didn't state a preference for plastic or resin so I'm suggesting you look at the German Tank Crew Winter 1943-45 made by Miniart.

"Best" is a little subjective. Best resin figures in my opinion are makers like Alpine, Tank and such.
All I think we can do is make suggestions and you see if it appeals.
