i think i know what you are searching for.

The Manufacturer Model Cellar offers a Group of 5 Figures in Winter Uniforms in Scale 1/25 for the Tamiya or Academy Models.

At http://www.modelcellar.com/prod01.htm you must scroll down to 1/25 Resin Figures and Accessories and than you can find them.
