Hi Michael

Well it's strange because the modeller who did the figures is accredited as being Japanese and if you compare the bare plastic figures to the finished painted ones you'll see work has been done to the hair, dresses, etc. of the figures, along with what I would regard as painting patterns of the correct period onto the ladies.

Don't misunderstand me, I'm not implying anything other than maybe it's one of those situations were what you remember was in your mind different but really it was the same thing.

I've only ever seen this representation in viewing various sites.
