Well spotted.
I guess we have to be thankful for any sort of Italian figures! It would be nice if all four were from one unit, but pairs work for me.

Many DML sets are pairs like this - the German Snipers, many of the AT infantry sets etc.

The recumbent figure does look to have some serious deformities, hopefully not in the 'real' plastic versions.
