Hi Scott,
Maybe you will find this the long way round but please consider buying one or two Dragon Gen-2 German sets...as long as you are into figure building, these are really very good.
And the bonus is that you will be left with a lot of extras you won't use on the figures in one particular set.
Lots and lots of spare helmets, gasmask containers with magnificent detail, breadbags, canteens, water bottles with separate cups, bayonets, entrenching tools in and out of leather 'holder' and so on.
All parts are of the same excellent quality and I've used many a surplus Dragon equipment part on other brand's figures.
As far as I recall the Fallschirmjaeger Holland Gen-2 set harvested most of the surplus equipment by far.
