By the time the Sdkfz. 234 series was in service, the black berets were long out
of favor.

And also, by the time the 234 series was in use, just about any combination of
uniform would be seen from panzer garb to winter garb to standard or camouflaged
infantry uniforms.

But, if you want to "go by the book" any style of AFV crew uniform would do,
although I think the waffenfarb would be golden yellow for cavalry/recon
(Aufklarung) troops.
