Try 'The World War II Tommy-British Army Uniforms European Theatre 1939-45 In Colour Photographs' by Martin Brayley and Richard Ingram. It has good photos of all the British tank suits and overalls and has a particularly useful reference to the camoflage winter over suit that you're refering to.
