Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

I recalling see two such articles in some UK magazines about a year ago of which one was very good.

Overall the more recent issues are quite accurate with improved lower hull and tools, if possible get the Shanghai Dragon packaging as its much cheaper and fits together a bit better than the PE in the Dragon boxed releases.

The latest Dragon boxed releases IIRC have the same artwork as the first release, but differ in having a made in China label as opposed to Hong Kong and won't look like they have been on the shelf 8 years.

The tracks are individual link and you have the option of applying or not using zimmerit for the kit as its a late version.

Cheers

Neville
