Hello
I have to agree the Italeri crusader is a great kit. Like Mig the III was my first armour kit and I've built a few more over the years.
Here are a couple of pics of kit 6385 that I started working on not long after it was released but like so many other projects its been boxed until I get around to finishing it.

Mantlet - there is no reason to buy one. I re-shaped the kit part with miliputty and textured it with Mr Surfacer. The whole procedure might have taken 1 hour.
Besides fixing the gun (I used the Ultracast barrel) and front fenders the kit needs a few extra rivets, replace a few grab handles and maybe a little PE.
The other issue are the sand sheilds which I believe have to be replaced... at least I haven't been able to find any photos of the Mk I with the type included in the box.
