Royal model has 3 detail sets for the Italeri Marder III H to build a perfect model. You should also replace the vinyl tracks because they look terribly.
I did this job last year. I used the outside detail kit from royal model, the interior from an 38t-kit from maquette and tracks from Dragon. Quite expensive but it worked good together.
