Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Just got the Trumpeter Karl Moerser (00209) kit - I have, I believe never seen anything like that huge box filled up with parts....1251 plastic parts, 95 PE parts + a few other things... !

So far I I have been conserned with finding books and litterature. Seems from most photos that the moersers were painted standard dark yellow with green/brown stripes and spots from 1943/44 on while most of the railway carriers still were painted panzer-grau? Is this correct?

My next step is starting collecting the neccesary basic aftermarket pieces. I believe I need some PE such as tools-clamps etc, maybe a ARMO metal barrel??

Anyone any experiences/suggestions???
