Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Hello Bjorn,

yes, it is a very inspiring kit! Much more care has been taken to come up with this kit then the dragon version...

Allthough sofar I have been building the suspension and lower tub only:

drive sprockets hole doesn't fit the stubs molded on the tub, you will need to open up the hole. Return roller additional support arms all need to be thinned out to fit their attachment points. All the inner roadwheels had a "groove" quere on them (next to the sprue attachment points) on my kit (except the two that are in another place on the sprue, and these are also the oly two with perfect alignment, all others where slightly off)

The lower hull tub has push out marks on the top off the side walls and supporting walls, these need to be filled.

Don't get me wrong, I still think it is a great kit but it needs some work and you asked for experiences!)

Gr Wouter
