The kits are very chunky and filled with small problems that can be fixed. They lack a lot of detail or have oversized detail.
the basic measurements are pretty good and can be built into a decent model. The article tells you step by step how to do all the fixes for a Valentine gun tank. I have scans of the article if anyone is intersted. The magazine was a Military Modeling armour special and is hard to find.
