Both kits come with a figure. Yes, they are different. Ask Cromwell nicely and they will probably sell you a figure on it's own. Otherwise, try the Dragon large scale figures, a razor saw and a lot of Milliput. It's a much cheaper way than buying resin figures in this scale.
