Hi Tony:
It's a Harley-Davidson WLA45 bike. As you surmised, Italeri don't have the licence to use the Harley-Davidson name, so they cannot call the bike by its name (additionally, the original ESCI edition of the kit from the late 1970s had the Harley-Davidson logo on the footrests, but that has been removed to avoud copyright infringement).
