The Sherman is located on the grounds of the Halifax Armouries which is about three blocks from the Citadel. The Armoury is on North Park Street with the tank being on the corner of North Park and Cunard. Unfortunately, the Armoury is surrounded by a chain-link fence due to renovations of it's sandstone walls (which may never happen). The tank is behind this fence and you can really only see it's front and right sides. Maybe special permission can be had to view the vehicle up close and personal?
