Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Mats -
Academy first called them H and H4. These are knockoffs of the old Tamiya PzKpfw IV ausf H and share that kit's motorization compromises. These kits are grossly inferior to the newer Tamiya PzKpfw IV kits. The only differences are the Schürzen and maybe the cupola MG - both have the right-side air filters.
If you haven't put money into them yet, then don't. If you have, use them to practice your modeling skills on or to teach youngsters new skills, then give them the things to take home.
Best,
CTew
