More modeling fun (if somewhat repetitive). You may want to look at Friulmodel although I prefer the resin snap type from WW2 Productions. All are expensive, the workable (SK) type from Modelkasten has the hollow teeth as oppoosed the the non-workable (K) series.
If you spent the time and energy to detail out the exterior, skimping on the tracks is not advisable. At least hollow out the kit tracks (an impression of mud filled hollow tracks can be achieved with a Part Photo-Etch set P35068).
Most important, have fun. If you do not care, we shouldn't either ;-)
Note: There were some batches of Panther tracks with solid guide horns produced near the end of the war. Photos do exist and Bovington's Jagdpanther has a few cast by the British postwar.
