hello,
im not a PE guru, and i had no problem fitting it, the seam where it joins obviously crosses the rifling, so i put it to the uppermost part of the barrel, as most people look down on a model and even at eye level its really hard to see the join. the liner slides in rather easily and even moves very slightly for alignment.
I know that royal models also did a sturmtiger update set and I think that included a barrel liner. although much more expensive !
be aware that you need to be specific in ordering the sturmtiger set from Eduard, they have a total of 3 sets available ( an interior set, an exterior set, and a generic tiger grill set ) I think there may also now be another set ! like part 2 exterior or something. |
