Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Hi

I built one.
It fit well, and there is good detail overall. The interior is pretty sparse, and I think the instructions tell you to put the radio in the wrong place (I built it a while ago). I added some wire, ammo boxes and crew gear to the interior. The other weak point relates to the armored covers for the windows. There is no detail on the interior, and you can see this because it's open topped. I have figures in the M20, so you can't see what isn't there!

The MG ring is a little basic.

It's a nice kit, and much cheaper than Tamiya's. There was a lot of debate about tire size when this kit came out. You may be able to find some of that information by searching on TL.
