Maybe or maybe not because the shooting angle of the photos may sometimes give a wrong impression.

Besides regarding the hatch cover drawing I just wonder if that is the original factory drawing or there's any deviation during reproduction. It's no surprise to see this happened especially for those drawings which are not supposedly for engineering purpose but just used for interpretation of a specific part. To me photos or drawings can be served as a reference but when you are mean to make use of them for some series discussion then you may need to know something more behind the photos or drawings.
