I picked up one of these (the ambulace version) at this year's IPMS Nats, well,actually at DX05. DragononUSAonline is handling these. They are the standard Masterbox kit, but as Paul says, with the Dragon track set and Lion Roar brass. The Dragon track set is from their latest ausf b sets and has the corrected version for the b ideler on the sprues. As the Masterbox kit is an ausf a, these are of no use here, but they sure come in handy for Dragon's early issue ausf b kits with the idelers having the incorrect "solid tire". I've not assembled the kit yet, but the detailing looks good and, from what I've seen, its gotten good reviews.
As an aside, DragonUSAonline is also handling the Miniart vacform buildings, and they include a Dragon figure set in each box. In fact, I believe the park gate kit has the new Dragon 3.7cm Pak with crew. The prices are reasonable too.
