The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too. |

| Subject: | Dragon 3 in 1 Kits | |

I got my Cyber-Hobby DAK Tigers yesterday, so I looked through the one of the kits and it's a beautiful kit (I think it's an ominous sign of the impending Tiger I Early Production ;-)), but I quickly flipped through the instructions and went to the back to see paint schemes and saw that the 3 in 1 is really for the painting...near as I can tell, period. Now, I don't know if it's just me, but that doesn't really seem like a 3 in 1...I mean, look at the Dragon 251 series or their new Panzer IVs that are 3 in 1 kits...Those ARE 3 in 1s...those ought to be more like 10 in 1 kits if painting is how you justify a 3 in 1 for the DAK Tiger...Again, it's not a bad kit and it's my favorite Tiger, but my point is that the marketing is kind of off...The Tiger I Late is for sure a 3 in 1 (that's one awesome kit), so would be their first Tiger I Initial Pro, but I just don't believe that the C-H Tiger is a 3 in 1...Sorry to rant, but it's just bugging me....But does anyone share the same sentiment(s)? Especially since now we know of Cyber-Hobby's Panzer IV E on the Eastern Front that's a 3 in 1...
