Hello Satoyoshi,
What is the general opinion in Japan of the Tristar Pz IV D? I recently examined the Tristar kit and found that the front of the turret has some dimension problems. The triangle pieces at the front and the entire front plate appear to be the wrong shape. This causes the profile of the upper front side portion of the turret, where the triangle 'cheek' pieces angle up, to be appear short. I haven't examined the hull closely for dimensional problems but the turret shape is noticeable to me, especially when compared to Tamiya's newer H turret and wartime photos. Has anyone else noticed this about the Tristar kit?
