Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

David.

Thanks for responding. Looking at the box art between the DML and Italeri they look like the same model although the DML is pictured in zimmerit as if it is in combat.

In your mind, being a real expert (perhaps the expert) on accuracy and the Tiger tank platform in regards to 1/35 scale modelling, what is your opinion between kits?

My goal is to gave an interesting collection of the general Tiger tank "benchmarks" in a nice timeline.

I was hoping to find the porsche prototype with either the dummy turret or one of those early turrets with the flatsides. You know before they plopped the standard Tiger turret on it.

Excuse my ignorance. I did just by the Jentz book (first Tiger I book) but I haven't had a chance to dive in....

Thanks for your advice!
