I think you might have to scratch build the dummy turret you are looking for.
As for my Tiger (P) the only etched brass i used was on the tool clamps, but i did make a few detail improvments like change the front head lights for Dragon ones and the tools are from Tamiya's PzIV tool set and i also changed the barrel for a metal one but a Dragon or Tamiya plastic barrel would do the trick also, the tracks are the kit ones but they are wrong, they have to many guid teeth.
