Does anyone know if the 4501 (P) Italeri versus the Dragon is really different as far as the tank body goes? I ask because if they represent the same tank except the turret, I would probably buy the Dragon as I have heard it is a better product. Any insight?

Thanks for everyone's help. There seems to be a real lack of internet information about these kits.
