| hi all , for those who are building the KV 1 1939 version with the L 11 gun be aware that the instructions have three omisions . Firstly the strips of armour either side of the gun cast dommed trunion covers need to be removed and the second is the rear M/G in the turret needs to be modified by having the armoured collar removed and it has no external armoured cover to it . Also the front M/G and welded splash ring are not fitted , but the plug supplied fits into the hole . Hope this clears up a few pointers I will have scanns very soon of my modified hull and turret after the festive season is over .
