Hi , The second production run used the addition of the bow machine gun and armoured collar on the hull front . As to the rear machine gun it could have either .
My tips were aimed at the first production run . The welded rings round the studs only start to appear in the true 1940 version till then it was a smooth surface to front and rear turret faces . Note also the first series did not have the square fuel tanks fitted they seem to start in the 1940 series of production .I am working on making masters for this type. Also some people seem to have the idea that the stowage boxes supplied in the kit are Fuel tanks . This has been writen up in several reviews on the net recently.Sorry but this is not the case they are for the personel equipment of the crew . and food and cooking pots etc .
