As Robert says, for the Morris, your only real option is the Azimut kit, but that's an expensive kit to use as a donor- especially when half the parts would be redundant. Scale Link do a series of Morris 15cwt, but they'd require extensive conversion work. If you aren't deterred by this, I've got some details from the tech' manual and photo's which I can forward to you.
Another option is to model a vehicle from the Rhine crossing where Dodge WC's were used.
