Hello,
Aber also makes a good PE set. Verlinden has a turret for the M-51, and Legend Productions makes an ambulance/command version which is excellent. All of these, however, may be out of production, but you will see them from time to time on ebay. The AFV Club tracks are the best but are such a pain to put together. They require tedious clean up before building and the end pins tend to break far too easily.
