I built an Ironsides German flatbed railcar that had practically no true right angles. I had to shave or sand down most surfaces to get anything resembling 90 degree angles. I tired to purge the rest of the build from my memory, but I also recall a lot of seams. I think I basically carved the kit into a railroad car.
A Ben Hur trailer from CGM that I'm building for a review is coming in a close second: warped and pitted resin, crude molding with plenty of bits of rubber and blobs of resin to remove, parts that don't fit because they're too short, and mediocre instructions. (Hmmm, I guess I just finished that review.)
(Dis)Honorable mention goes to any Italeri GI figure.
