Paul,
Formations makes a lower hull for the M4/M4A1. It's really nice and would be a great compliment to the RAM kit.
Personally, I'd choose the RHPS tracks. They make the WE210 'Double I' which was seen on a lot of early RAMs and they also make both the metal and rubber chevron versions which can be seen on later RAMs. I get mine from www.discountmodels.com.
