Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

I would like to explain to you all for bringing up this topic. I do agree with some of you for being such a perfectionist in picking up the mistakes. But yet these mistakes are quite major when Dragon released its first version of PZ.IVE; in fact, the proportion and many details of that particular model are quite off from the real tank. That's why they have the second version released just to correct all their mistakes made in the previous model. And now my point centers on the waste of my money, time, and effort to assemble the 2 different versions of the same model which is manufactured by the same company. Yet BOTH are still off from the real tank. How can that be responsible to the modelling fans?!

BTW, for those who think i am asking for too much in terms of accuracy in modelling industry, please don't waste your money in buying these models, just go buy some kit manufactured by Tamiya 30 years ago from some antique toy store. I just don't see the point in assembling a box of plastic and photoetch but turn out the product is far off from the real tank.
