| Im looking for a bit of advice, Im an aviation modeller and have little idea military veichle scene. Our local club is running a competiton where you enter a model of something outside your normal area of interest. For this I really would like to do something reasonably quick as i only have about a month to source kits and parts and complete. The kit i have always fancied tackling is the bren gun carrier by tamiya a few figues and some diarama bits on a base not much bigger that 20cm square or so. Im completely open to ideas so please any suggestions would be much appreciated. With the Bren Gun carrier kit Im assuming all kits are the same with juts a different figure sprue and decals?? for figures what should I aim for? Tamiya? Dragon? Resin by someone like ultra cast? What do i put in my little bren gun carrier?? Plastic/resin ammo boxes?? who makes the best? do i replace the tamiya guns with resin ones?? if so who does what?? Very much looking forward to your comments. |
