Hello Gary
Dragon did produce several types of railway wagons including a box car in the past.
they stopped doing this but i believe that due to the popularity of the Trumpeter Kriegslokomotive they are going to produce them again.
i am not sure when this is likely to be and the best thing is probabaly to watch the announcements in the modeling press.
i have seen on Ebay some of the railway wagons come up for auction and this may be the best thing if you didn't want to wait.
