Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Try any of Tamiya's halftracks for starters, based on the 251 D chassis. They are easy to build and come with rubber tracks. DML's halftracks are great, but are a little more intense for someone who may not have experienced seperate link tracks (they are tiny!) Alpenflage hobbies in Norwell, MA should carry them, and if you want a big online carrier, try Great Models. Visit www.alpenflage-hobbies.com. Hope this helps
