DML Panzer IV ausf D/E kits have exquisite hull MG internal details. But, I suspect these details are right only for Kugelblende 50, which was mounted on Panzer IV ausf F and later. Ausf D and E used Kugelblende 30, whose internal details are different.

Drawings of Kugelblende 30 and 50 can be found on page 129 and 160 of Spielberger, et al, "Begleitwagen Panzerkampfwagen IV", Motorbuch, 1998. Model Art's recent photo book on Panzer IV ausf D in Bovington has some photos of the hull MG mount, although we should think the hull MG mount of this vehicle may not have been totally preserved as manufactured in 1940s.
