I completely failed to notice these holes :-) Thank you for pointing out.

Wow, it is also the case with my kits! It looks like a production defect. Tristar has a QC problem here...

I didn't have the problem when I built Tristar Pz.IV ausf D kit, which has the same jack and jack bracket parts...

The question was raised about these four slots when Tristar's ausf D kit came out last year. I have not seen a clear photo showing them, and have some doubt that they may be bogus, but I am not sure yet...
