Just picked up the Pz IV B half and hour ago. Based on a cursory glance, the exhaust vanes have been fixed. They are now on the same sprue for the Pz IV B parts (along with other distingushing B parts).

Sorry, I mistyped my earlier post. What I meant to write was I have not seen any photos of the barrel with the four slots.

BTW, Aber just released the following sets:
35185 Pz IV D basic set for Tristar
35186 Pz IV D fenders for Tristar (dot pattern)
35189 Pz IV C fenders for Tristar
