Most modelers don't like the Hanomag tamiya kit. I Understand it isn't very accurate. But, I recomend it just to get a half track under your belt. It's east and you'll enjoy it. That paritcular kit comes with half a dozen infantrymen that are fun to put together.
Tamiya's kanonwagen kit is also an easy build that you'll enjoy. I think i did the 251-D It was slightly different from the hanomag kit but also came with infantry but not as many- they had SS -pea pattern /late war uniforms- that one had tons of detail parts -extra rifles, gear etc. As for any other Kits I can't say since I haven't built them, But I'm DYING to get a hold of Dragon's "Stuka zu fuss" 3 in 1 kit....
