As Pat wrote, this precise model of M4A2 was only delivered to Russia (pardon USSR) and to the USMC in the Pacific.
The Sherman IIIs in Italy would more properly be depicted by the coming Dragon 'Tarawa' kit; there were other sub-variants too (different drivers' hood shapes).
And also beware this type of 'all welded' hoods was only manufactured from July 1943 or so. Free French got them BTW.
