Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

Like Andrew said, they are basicly the same except one has the flame thrower trailer and fittings. btw, Crocs are cool!

If not building a Croc, go for the one with the cool figures unless you see the croc cheaper. Check eBay, can sometimes get these kits for $10 plus shipping.

The kits are decent except the hatch handles are molded on chunks and they all have a sink hole on the rear deck by the molded on pick head. The Eduard pe set is worth investiing in just for the hatch handles and intake screens. I built a MK IV out of it and found a bit of use with the photoetch. Kit tracks are ok but Fruil make a set which you can save some by not completing the run under the upper fenders which can't be seen, then you can hang the leftovers all over the turret and hull.
