The only vinyl tracks suitable for the M26A1 or M46 are those found in Italeri's old M47 Patton kit. They represent the T84E1 rubber chevron tracks. Although far from common, those can be seen on a few M46 tanks photographed during the Koren conflict. I don't recall seeing them on the M26A1 though, but they might have been used too.
Since the M47 was pretty much the same basic vehicle as the M46, there's a good chance that the Italeri tracks will fit the Dragon M46 kit.
