Yes!
By selling it and using that money to buy the Dragon M4A3 Battle of the Bulge Sherman!
Sorry to flippant, but I just wonder why you'd want to bother when perfectly good kits already exist of American versions of Shermans w/long guns. If you really want an American one, you'd have to change out the rear plate, adjust the angle of the upper hull rear plate, replace the engine grills, probably adjust where the fuel filler caps go, get rid of the grouser vent covers (I think they are on that one, but should not be on the A3). Or, sell it and get the A3 that has all the correct parts.
