Thanks all for the comments.
All of my info was supplied to me by a fellow Cdn modeller. He supplied my with approx 30 large pictures of an Otter in a museum in Europe. He had also done a pile of measurements and put them on 3/4 view stowage diagrams. He also supplied my with approx 30 large pictures of an Otter in a museum in Europe. I then simply converted them all with a scale calculator to 1/35. I did original have some plans that were drawn up years ago by someone else but they were not very good. When then same part is different sizes on different views you know the drawings have problems.
The rest has been lots of trial and error and using Mk1 eyeball to get it "looking" right.
