Forums - Modelling / Kits

The kits forum is for the discussion of model kits. Typically questions on availability or certain subjects and quality of existing kits are posted here. Short reviews are good here too.

This kit looks like an outstanding improvement over earlier T-70s. Detail definition is very good. There is a basic gun breech and clear periscopes. Decals are provided for 5 vehicles, three in winter white to better suit the five figures in heavy coats. Maybe three of the figures could be adapted to fit in the turret hatch and one would sit nicely behind the driver's hatch. I have no plans to go by, so will leave it to Soviet armor specialists to comment on accuracy except for the following question:
The camo illustrations show a horn and jack (?) on the left hull side and fender. The molded horn is more like a siren, and the jack isn't present as a part. Anyone know what is correct for the versions offered by the decals?
Yours,
CTew
